The only bowler in IPL who had never bowled a no-ball till 2016 was Piyush Chawla. He has bowled over 385 overs in his IPL career. He has also allowed the maximum number of sixes.

Parthiv Patel has played for 6 different franchises which is the maximum by any player. He played for Chennai Super Kings, Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Deccan Chargers, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians and was back with Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2018.

Virat Kohli is the most expensive Indian player to be auctioned for 17 crores as of 2018. Also in IPL Auction 2018, among the Indian players, Jaydev Unadkat became the most expensive player. He was priced at Rs 11.5 crore in the auction.

Jaydev Unadkat had also become the most expensive Indian fast-bowler in the history of IPL.

Another interesting fact is Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar is the only Indian player to have won the 'Player of the Series Award'.

Suresh Raina holds the record for the largest run tally in IPL, by making 3699 runs in 128 innings from 2008 to 2015.

Amit Mishra shares his thoughts on spin bowling

  India has produced a good number of quality spinners throughout the year but there are very few wrist spinners available and Amit Mishra is one of them.
